The Frankie Award is presented each spring to an individual who has demonstrated a lifetime of commitment and advocacy for special needs children and their families.

Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Frankie's World is the area's only non-profit medical day care center for children with special healthcare needs. Named for a special girl in Philadelphia who touched many lives, Frankie's World is an exciting place, where kids can be kids!
